RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Simple Returns Rules
We hope that you will be delighted with all your purchases however, if you are unsatisfied with an item, you’re welcome to return your item to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the following three rules must be satisfied:
Within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt of purchase.
The item must be unused and unworn with the original tags still attached.
The item must be in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be return if the seal is intact.
If you wish to make a return or refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with your return authorisation.
Change of Mind/Size Exchange
We understand sometimes change of mind happens or size inaccuracy happens. If you would prefer another size or colour, you can request this when making your return. Shipping fee for returning items to us is the responsibility of the purchase.
Exchanges available on all full priced items only, and only if the replacement item has not sold out. Sale items are not eligible for exchange nor for a refund.
Replacement items are sent only after original item is received and checked by us that it satisfies the above three rules. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund request is approved, you will be refunded the same way you paid or alternatively, we can refund you with store credit or Gift voucher. Your request will be processed within 1 to 3 business days and it may take a further 3 to 5 business days for you to receive your funds back.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

A gifted item can be returned for an exchange or gift card provided you have a gift receipt as your proof of purchase. The item must satisfy our return conditions listed above. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for gift returns.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item Received Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. All issues are dealt with on a case by case basis, and should we deem an item faulty, return postage is paid by Maysee.com.au.
It is important that you contact us before returning an item so that we can ensure you return is processed as soon as possible. We cannot accept returns without prior contact by email.
Shipping fees for returning an item to us will be the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item is incorrect or faulty. Tracking of the return item is the purchase’s responsibility and we accept no responsibility for errors made by the customer once the return parcel has been despatched. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange nor for a refund.
Any returned items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts upon receipt will not be exchanged or refunded. We will notify you via email if this is the case.
