PAYMENT OPTIONS

Do you take orders by phone or email?

Unfortunately, we can only accept orders and payment through our website, however, if you have any questions or need any assistance or advice prior to purchase, feel free to contact us at customerservice@maysee.com.au. We will get in touch with you.

 
Can I pay by instalments?

Unfortunately, we do not offer payment by instalments or after pay option at this stage. We will publish on our website if this option becomes available in the future.

 

In which currency will I be charged?

All purchases and refunds are transacted in Australian Dollars (AUD). We are not responsible and unable to adjust the amount that customers may have lost or gained due to currency rate fluctuation. You may need to contact your financial institution for any international transaction fees may incur on purchases.

 

What forms of payment do you accept online?

We accept American Express Card, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and Alipay.

 

Can I use a QQ email?

At this time we ask that you use an alternative email from QQ as they are not currently supported on this site.  Thank you.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Which countries does Maysee ship to?

We ship to all Australian cities, New Zealand and China (including HongKong, Taiwan and Macau). If you would like to know if we could ship to another country, please contact us at customerservice@maysee.com.au prior to purchase.

 

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. All orders come with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Depends on the destination, it may take 5 to 15 days.

 

Can you put a different value on my order to reduce my import taxes?

Unfortunately, we have to declare the nature and the value of each parcel accurately.

It is criminal offence for us to make a false Customs declaration, and we are unable to misrepresent your goods for the reduction of import duties.

 

Can I return or request a refund for a sale item?

Unfortunately, refund and exchange are not available for sale items unless they are faulty.

 

Can I change or add more items to my order? Can you consolidate my orders?

Once the order is created, we are unable to change an order. If you change your mind or wish to add more items to your cart, you will need to place a new order. If your previous order has not been dispatched and you wish to consolidate your orders, please contact us at customerservice@maysee.com.au and we are happy to consolidate your orders for you and your orders will be dispatched in one shipping parcel.
